Benefit Cap (Report on Abolition) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill asks the government to write and publish a detailed report about what would happen if the 'benefit cap' (a limit on how much money families can receive in benefits) were abolished. It doesn't actually remove the cap itself, it just requires Parliament to study the effects first.
Presented by David Linden.
