Right to Die at Home Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes giving terminally ill people the legal right to choose to end their lives at home with medical assistance, rather than having to travel to a hospital. It would only apply to people with serious illnesses they cannot recover from, and would require strict safeguards like multiple doctor approvals and waiting periods.
Presented by Lord Warner.
