[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes to abolish the television licence fee, which is the mandatory payment that British households currently must pay to watch live TV and use BBC services. Currently, the money from this fee funds the BBC's operations; scrapping it would mean the BBC would need a different way to be funded in the future.
Presented by Mr Peter Bone.
