to
This bill establishes a licensing system for anyone who wishes to exhibit reindeer to the public in the UK. It sets out requirements that exhibitors must meet, such as animal welfare standards, proper enclosure conditions, and veterinary oversight, before they can legally display reindeer. The bill aims to ensure that reindeer used for public exhibitions (such as at Christmas markets, zoos, or seasonal attractions) are kept in adequate conditions and that their health and wellbeing are properly monitored and regulated.
