Registration of Births and Deaths (Welsh Language) Bill

This bill gives Welsh speakers the right to register births and deaths in the Welsh language in Wales. Currently, registration documents are only available in English, so this change would allow Welshlanguage versions to be created and officially recognized for people who prefer to use Welsh.
