Re-Export Controls Bill [HL]

This bill gives the UK government power to control what happens when goods are exported from the UK and then resold to other countries. Currently, once goods leave the UK, there's limited control over where they go next. The bill aims to let the government restrict or track these 'reexports' to protect security and follow international agreements.
