Rail Ombudsman Bill

This bill creates a new Rail Ombudsman service to help train passengers who have problems with their rail company like compensation for delays or complaints about service. Instead of fighting with the company alone or going to court, passengers can ask the ombudsman to investigate for free and make fair decisions.
