[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would remove police officers' ability to use their own judgment in child protection cases and instead require them to follow fixed rules and procedures. The aim is to make sure children are protected consistently, but it limits how much police can adapt their response to different circumstances.

Presented by Mr Barry Sheerman.
