to
This bill aims to better protect adults who need care (such as elderly people or those with disabilities) from being harmed, abused, neglected, or taken advantage of by carers or others. It would introduce new legal requirements and standards to prevent these problems and make it easier to punish people who harm vulnerable adults in their care.
Presented by Paul Burstow.
