Tobacco Manufacturers’ Producer Responsibility Bill

This bill makes tobacco manufacturers responsible for managing the waste their products create, including discarded cigarette butts and packaging. Companies would need to fund cleanup schemes and support smoking reduction efforts, rather than leaving these costs to taxpayers and local councils.
