Property Boundaries (Resolution of Disputes) Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill creates a new, simpler process for neighbours to settle disagreements about property lines and boundaries. Instead of going to court (which is expensive and slow), property owners would have an alternative way to resolve these disputes more quickly and affordably.

Presented by The Earl of Lytton.
