Property Boundaries (Resolution of Disputes) Bill [HL]

This bill creates a new official system to help neighbours quickly settle disagreements about where the borders of their land or property actually are. Instead of having to take each other to court, people would use this new process to resolve these boundary disputes more cheaply and quickly.
