Prime Minister (Nomination) and Cabinet (Appointment) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change how the UK chooses its Prime Minister and Cabinet members. Currently, the Prime Minister picks their own Cabinet. This bill would give Parliament (MPs) a bigger role in nominating or approving these appointments, rather than letting one person decide alone.
Presented by Pete Wishart.
