[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill updates the legal rules for when someone can be officially declared dead if they've gone missing. Currently, you usually have to wait 7 years, but this bill could change how and when families can get a court to declare someone dead, so they can settle the person's affairs and move forward.

Presented by Mr Tim Boswell.
