Exercise of Reasonable Discretion Bill

This bill aims to allow government officials and public bodies more freedom to make sensible decisions based on individual situations, rather than mechanically following strict rules in every case. It would give decisionmakers permission to use reasonable judgment when they think it's fair and appropriate to do so.
