Planning Applications (Appeals by Town and Parish Councils) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would allow town and parish councils to appeal planning decisions made by larger local authorities. Currently, these smaller councils have limited power to challenge planning approvals, so the bill aims to give them a stronger voice in decisions about what development happens in their local areas.
Presented by Martin Caton.
