Low Pay Commission (National Minimum Wage) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill gives the Low Pay Commission (an independent group of experts) more authority to advise on and influence decisions about the national minimum wage. Instead of the government simply setting the wage, this bill would make the Commission's recommendations more important in determining what the lowest legal hourly pay should be for UK workers.
Presented by Dan Jarvis.
