[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill gives local health scrutiny committees (made up of councillors) stronger rights to examine and challenge decisions made by NHS trusts and other health providers in their area. It aims to make sure health services are more accountable to the communities they serve, similar to how councils are held accountable to local residents.
Presented by Gareth Snell.
