BILL
to
The Living Wage (Reporting) Bill requires large employers to publicly disclose information about how many of their employees earn below the Living Wage threshold and what proportion of their workforce this represents. The bill aims to increase transparency around lowwage employment and create public accountability for companies. By making this data publicly available, the legislation seeks to encourage employers to improve pay standards and allow consumers and investors to make informed decisions based on companies' wage practices.
