[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to help leaseholders who believe a tribunal (a type of court) has made an unfair decision. It would let them challenge that decision more easily and recover money they spent on lawyers if their challenge succeeds. The bill tries to make the system fairer for people renting their homes longterm.
Presented by Baroness Hayman of Ullock.
