BILL
to

This bill would make it a legal requirement for the UK to spend at least 0.7% of its national income (called Gross National Income) on Official Development Assistance, aid given to help reduce poverty in poorer countries. Currently, the government can choose whether to meet this target; this bill would force them to do so by law.

Presented by Thomas Docherty.
