Homeless People (Current Accounts) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to make it easier for homeless people to open bank current accounts. Currently, many banks refuse accounts to people without a permanent address, which makes receiving money very difficult. The bill would require banks to provide basic accounts to homeless individuals despite not having a fixed home.

Presented by Mr Peter Bone.
