[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change the law so that women can inherit hereditary titles (like peerages and baronies) on equal terms with men. Currently, many titles can only pass to male heirs; this bill would allow daughters to inherit them just like sons do.
Presented by Harriett Baldwin.
