[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes to add misandry (hatred of men) and misogyny (hatred of women) to the list of reasons that can make a crime count as a 'hate crime'. Currently, hate crimes cover things like racism and homophobia. The bill would make crimes motivated by gender hatred punishable more severely, similar to other hate crimes.
Presented by Mr Philip Hollobone.
