This bill aims to prevent discrimination in the UK Armed Forces by strengthening legal protections for soldiers and other military staff. It would ensure that people cannot be unfairly treated because of their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics, and would give them better ways to report and challenge discrimination.
