This bill aims to increase the powers that Wales has to govern itself by transferring certain decisionmaking powers from the UK Parliament to the Welsh Government and Welsh Parliament (Senedd Cymru). It's part of the ongoing process of devolution, which is about giving different parts of the UK more control over their own affairs.
