Front-loaded Child Benefit Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would change how child benefit is paid out by giving families more money per child when children are young, then reducing the amount as children get older. Currently, families get the same amount for each child regardless of age, but this bill proposes a 'frontloaded' system that prioritises younger children.
Presented by Lord Farmer.
