Foreign Aid Ring-Fencing (Abolition) Bill

This bill would remove the legal requirement for the UK government to spend 0.7% of its national income on foreign aid. Currently, this amount is fixed by law, but the bill would let the government decide to spend less on foreign aid if it chooses to do so.
