Flexible Working Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to give UK workers the right to request flexible working arrangements (such as working from home, parttime hours, or different times) more easily. Currently, workers can request this but employers can refuse. The bill would strengthen these rights and potentially require employers to have good reasons if they say no.
Presented by Tulip Siddiq.
