Arbitration and Mediation Services (Equality) Bill [HL]

This bill extends equality laws to arbitration and mediation services. Currently, these private disputesettling services aren't fully covered by equality legislation, so this bill would make them follow the same nondiscrimination rules as shops, employers, and other businesses.
