Fire Safety (Leasehold Properties) Bill

This bill aims to make leasehold buildings (flats owned individually but part of a larger building) safer from fire. It does this by making building owners responsible for checking and fixing fire safety issues, and giving residents better protections and the right to know about safety problems in their homes.
