Arbitration and Mediation Services (Equality) Bill [HL]

This bill aims to extend equality laws to private arbitration and mediation services so that people cannot be discriminated against when using these services to settle disputes. Currently, these private services may not have the same equality protections that courts and public bodies must follow, and this bill would change that.
