Arbitration and Mediation (Equality) Services Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to make sure that when people use arbitration (where a neutral person decides disputes) or mediation (where someone helps people reach agreement) services, they are protected from discrimination just like they would be in courts. It means these services must follow the same equality rules that apply elsewhere in UK law.

Presented by Baroness Cox.
