A secretariat is the entity that does the operational work of an All-Party Parliamentary Group: drafts agendas, briefs MPs, sends out invitations, books rooms, writes reports. When the secretariat is a lobby firm or PR firm, the APPG is a paid channel for the firm’s clients to access MPs. The MPs officer the group, the firm supplies the staff and the policy line, the firm’s clients (listed under Funders below) pay for the privilege.

To present the current state of NHS Wheelchair Services for young and adult wheelchair users in the UK and the whole system impact of poor provision. To discuss solutions to transform NHS Wheelchair Services so that wheelchair users can equitably access education, employment and society and contribute to UK productivity.
