A secretariat is the entity that does the operational work of an All-Party Parliamentary Group: drafts agendas, briefs MPs, sends out invitations, books rooms, writes reports. When the secretariat is a lobby firm or PR firm, the APPG is a paid channel for the firm’s clients to access MPs. The MPs officer the group, the firm supplies the staff and the policy line, the firm’s clients (listed under Funders below) pay for the privilege.

All-Party Parliamentary Group on Anti-Social BehaviourSubject Group
The APPG will provide a forum for parliamentarians, landlords and other stakeholders to discuss anti-social behaviour and how landlords, local authorities, the police and others can effectively respond to it.
