A secretariat is the entity that does the operational work of an All-Party Parliamentary Group: drafts agendas, briefs MPs, sends out invitations, books rooms, writes reports. When the secretariat is a lobby firm or PR firm, the APPG is a paid channel for the firm’s clients to access MPs. The MPs officer the group, the firm supplies the staff and the policy line, the firm’s clients (listed under Funders below) pay for the privilege.

Brings together MPs and peers to celebrate progress in women's representation and advocate for more women in parliament across all parties, aiming for a diverse, gender-equal parliament by 2028 - the centenary of equal franchise. Supports women in parliament and those standing for public office.
