[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would make it easier for a person's family members (next of kin) to access their digital devices and online accounts after they die. Currently, it can be very difficult because companies have strict privacy rules, so the bill aims to create a clearer legal process for families to get access when needed.
Presented by Ian Paisley.
