This bill asks the NHS to carefully review how it currently manages DiGeorge Syndrome (a rare genetic condition affecting the immune system and heart) and creates a legal duty for the NHS to provide proper care standards for patients with this condition. Essentially, it aims to ensure people with DiGeorge Syndrome get better diagnosis and treatment across the UK.
