Descendants of Deceased Adopted People (Access to Information) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would allow the children and grandchildren of people who were adopted to access their late relative's adoption records and information. Currently, these records may only be available to the adopted person themselves, so their descendants cannot find out this information after they die. The bill aims to help families learn more about their history and origins.
