Delivery Surcharges (Transparency for Consumers) Bill

This bill makes it a legal requirement for online retailers and delivery companies to clearly display and explain any extra charges they add to delivery costs. It stops companies from hiding surprise fees until the final checkout stage, giving customers a fair chance to see the true total price before buying.
