[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to improve how people suffering from asbestosrelated illnesses can claim financial compensation. Asbestos is a dangerous material that was widely used in buildings and products; this bill would make it fairer and simpler for victims to get money from those responsible for their exposure, particularly in cases where the original source is unclear or the responsible company no longer exists.
Presented by Mr Andrew Dismore.
