Council Housing (Local Financing Pathfinders) Bill

This bill allows selected council areas in the UK to try out new ways of paying for and building council housing. Rather than using just traditional government funding, these 'pathfinder' areas can experiment with different financing approaches to see what works best before the idea might be rolled out nationally.
