Corporate Homicide Bill

This bill creates a new crime called 'corporate homicide' so that companies (not just individual people) can be prosecuted and punished if they cause someone's death through serious breaches of health and safety duties. It aims to make large organisations more accountable when their negligence leads to fatal incidents.
