Coroners (Determination of Suicide) Bill [HL]

This bill changes the legal process that coroners use when deciding whether a death was suicide. Currently, coroners must be very certain before officially ruling a death as suicide. The bill aims to adjust this standard, though the exact changes would become clearer as the bill progresses through Parliament.
