Constitutional Convention Bill [HL]

This bill would require the UK government to set up a constitutional convention essentially a national discussion about how Britain's government and laws should work. Currently, much of the UK constitution is unwritten and based on tradition; this bill aims to bring people together to debate whether our system needs updating for modern times.
