This bill would give doctors, nurses, and other medical staff the legal right to opt out of performing certain medical activities based on their conscience or religious beliefs. It aims to protect these workers from being forced to do procedures they believe are morally wrong, while also setting out rules for how healthcare services must still be available to patients.
