Commercial Organisations and Public Authorities Duty (Human Rights and Environment) Bill [HL]

This bill would create a new legal requirement for large companies and public authorities to respect human rights and protect the environment in everything they do. It would allow people to sue these organizations if they believe they've been harmed or if environmental damage has occurred as a result of their activities.
