Climate Change (Net Zero UK Carbon Account) Bill

This bill creates a new way for the UK to measure and account for its carbon emissions. It establishes clearer rules for tracking progress toward the goal of reaching net zero carbon (where the UK produces no more greenhouse gases than it removes from the atmosphere) by 2050.
