Children Not in School (Registers, Support and Orders) Bill

This bill aims to make sure schools properly track which children aren't attending lessons and to provide better support to get them back in school. It also gives the government new powers to take action when children are regularly absent, while trying to help families with whatever is stopping their child from going to school.
