Affordable Housing Contributions (Ten Unit Threshold) Bill

This bill changes the rules for when property developers must include affordable housing in their projects. Currently, only larger developments have to do this, but the bill would require smaller developments (around 10 units) to also provide affordable homes, aiming to increase the supply of cheaper housing across the UK.
